This course invites educators to rethink traditional teaching environments and explore outdoor, play-based, and inclusive approaches that promote sustainability and creativity in the classroom. Participants will learn how to design meaningful learning experiences that connect students to their environment, enhance collaboration, and cater to diverse learning needs. Special emphasis will be placed on experiential activities that foster well-being, social-emotional skills, and learner agency. Elements of music and movement will be woven into the sessions as tools for engagement, expression, and inclusion.

Learning Outcomes

Methodology
The course follows a hands-on, reflective, and collaborative approach. Activities include group work, experiential outdoor sessions, role-play, arts-based learning, and project planning. Reflection journals, peer discussions, and micro-teaching exercises will support participants in processing their learning and connecting theory to practice. Assessment is formative and ongoing, based on active participation, self-evaluation, and the development of a personal action plan.
An evaluation questionnaire will be given to the participants to gather participants’ opinions about the training and its contents, logistic organisation, instructors, materials provided and asses to which extent the course managed to improve participants’ competences. |
